1. What are the prerequisites e-invoicing training?

Prerequisites for this e-invoicing course include a basic understanding of invoicing processes, familiarity with financial management concepts

2.How long does it take to learn E – Invoicing Strategic Implementation?

Our course is a one day course. It is designed to equip our students with the necessary skills needed and is suitable for those who don’t have invoicing or financial background.  ** If you need a longer class for indepth implementation, we could always arrange a special class for your team, do talk to our team – 03-8063 0414)

3. Who Should Attend?

This course is ideal for people who are, finance professionals, accountants, admins, procurement specialist’s, managers, and business owners who want to streamline invoicing processes. From participants’ feedback after the training, they always mentioned they wished more division heads had come for the training, it would have made implementing e invoicing in their company easier. The team members could have discussed, strategised and have the implementation plan done during the class time, with the guide of the trainer, thus saving a lot of time later on.

4.What are you class timings?

Our class timings are from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with regular breaks in between.
Our lunch periods start from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.

Upon registrations our team will provided each student  RM15 cash voucher that can be used for lunch.

5.What are the trainings held?

Our training center is in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, just a 4-minute walk from the Bandar Puteri LRT station. For  people who are driving, there are shaded parking areas  available nearby for only  RM5/day, and a multi story car park not to far away from our training center.

6. Do I need to bring my laptop and what materials do you provided I ?

Laptops aren’t required, as we provide Laptops for our public classes in our training centre, for you to experiment with the  MyInvois portal.

We also do provide a handbook for reference during the training.

7. Do you do online e-invoicing training?

Yes we do , Our online classes are held on platforms like Zoom. Lessons are designed for easy understanding, with hands-on exercises guided by our experienced trainers through screen sharing.

8.Do you do In-house and Corporate Trainings?

Yes ,We do offer in-house training for groups of 5 or more, either at your venue or online. Just give us a call at 03-80630414, and we’ll help with pricing and arrangements!
