The adoption of electronic invoicing (E-Invoicing) has become important for businesses aiming to streamline their financial processes and enhance efficiency.

It is also compulsory, and the deadline for the next phase will be 1 July 2025. (Phase 3).

Phase 3 will be for all companies and taxable entities with annual Turnover of more than RM 150,000.  If your average monthly revenue is more than RM 13,000, you’ll be already subject to E-Invoicing, and it is compulsory to implement it.

LHDN has given an additional 6-month grace period to implement.

One of the frequently asked questions is – “I don’t do many invoices per month and don’t use an accounting or invoicing software, does this apply to me?” The Answer is  yes if your annual revenue is more than RM 150,000.  However, you don’t have to use an accounting system or invoicing system. You could directly do your invoicing through the MyInvois Portal by LHDN. (this will be taught in the course).

Class Duration and Schedule

Our classes start at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with regular breaks. These breaks give the participants time to rest and to process the information that they receive during the course.  Lunch Break will be 1-2pm (No Lunch is provided, but RM 15 in cash will be given, where you could have lunch in nearby eateries)

Classroom Training and Facilities

Our training centre is located in Bandar Puteri, Puchong and is only a 4-minute walk from the Bandar Puteri LRT station with many restaurants nearby. For those who drive, nearby there is a shaded car park within walking distance (RM5 for a full day parking).

Due to its proximity, our centre gets many students from Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.

    • Our training sessions are held in a classroom setting. The instructor teaches the theory and shows various practical examples. 
    • Participants also get to try out numerous exercises and experience the learning-by-applying concept.
    • You will receive personal guidance from our trainers during the class. 
    • Our trainers will have Q&A sessions to answer the various questions throughout the class.
    • Our typical class size is between 10-15 students. This setup allows our trainers to spend more time with each of their students.

Online Training

Our online classes are conducted via digital platforms such as Zoom. Classes are both exciting and relaxed as our trainers have a lively approach that works well for online training. We also designed the lessons to promote ease of learning. 

Our experienced trainers will teach and guide the students with practical hands-on exercises that are done via screen sharing.
